Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Information you give us when you fill out the form, call us, message us or book an appointment: name, company, phone, email, truck location, vehicle details (make, model, unit, VIN) and the description of the problem.

If you use the "Use my location" button, your browser sends us your coordinates only at that moment and only with your permission.

Basic technical data about the connection (for example, the page you came from). We store your IP address only in hashed form, to stop automated (spam) submissions.

2. How we use information

To respond to your request, give you quotes, schedule appointments, perform the work, issue work orders and invoices, and keep the service history of your vehicle.

To contact you by phone call, text message or email about your request or your service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Text messages and calls (TCPA)

We only send you text messages if you gave us permission (for example, by checking the box on the form) or if you texted us first. Messages are about your request or your service, not mass marketing.

Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any service.

4. Who we share information with

Only with providers that help us operate (website hosting, database and email), with parts suppliers when needed for your repair, or when required by law. They may only use it for that purpose.

5. Cookies

This site uses one cookie to remember the language you chose and, in the staff area, a session cookie for our staff. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Security and retention

We protect information with reasonable measures (encrypted connection, password-protected internal system). We keep it as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax obligations.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you messages, by contacting us with the details below.

8. Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
